Meet Monroe Jones, a Chocolate Phantom Standard Poodle. She stands 23″ at her shoulder and weighs 48 pounds. She is a wonderful dog. This sweet little girl came to us from Montana. She is the most loving and patient dog ever. She loves to snuggle and have her back scratched. She is athletic and very playful, likes to hunt and play outside. Monroe loves adults as well as children. She enjoys running and playing with other dogs and also hanging out and staying close to her family. Her hair coat is thick and so soft, and of course, it’s curly. She has a pretty face and good conformation. Her eyes are amber, and they are stunning! She has an athletic build. She is shorter and more broad than most Standard Poodles. We raised her from a puppy to be our family pet as well as an addition to our breeding program. She is a delightful dog and very smart and easy to train. Monroe is a quiet dog, not a big barker, and is very patient. We are incredibly proud of what a good dog she is.
Monroe has been tested and is clear for Degenerative Myelopathy, Hyperuricosuria, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration, and Von Willebrand’s Disease. She will be certified by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals for her hips and elbows before her first litter. Monroe is a Certified Pedigree Standard Poodle registered with the Continental Kennel Club. Her first litter will be summer 2019.
Meet Rayna, a Sable Standard Poodle. She stands 23″ at her shoulder and weighs 50 pounds. Rayna is one of the sweetest dogs around. She loves to run and play outside with her friends, but can snuggle up with you on the couch. We love her personality. She is a delight to be around. Rayna enjoys going shopping and is very well-behaved in stores and public. She has also spent time visiting assisted living and nursing homes. Her hair coat is very soft and thick, it feels like a stuffed animal. Her face is beautiful. Her eyes are golden brown with black eyeliner and lashes. She looks like she is wearing makeup.
Rayna loves to travel like the rest of our dogs, and is easy to take along. Rayna is a fun dog to be around but does some of the oddest things. She keeps us laughing. Rayna is a Certified Pedigree Standard Poodle registered with the American Canine Association and the Continental Kennel Association. She has had Preliminary reports by OFA for her hips and elbows. Rayna has been tested and is clear for Degenerative Myelopathy, Hyperuricosuria, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration, and Von Willebrand’s Disease.
Meet Ky our Poodle dad; he is a Large miniature Poodle. We chose Ky to create the Moyen Poodle which is a small standard poodle. The size falls in-between the Miniature and the Standard size poodle. Not an official AKC size variation, however, the Moyen is very popular outside the USA.
The word “Moyen” is the French word for the fourth size of Poodles in France, but the remainder of Europe refers to them as Kleins. Its size falls in-between the Miniature and Standard Poodles, but it is not obtained by crossing the two sizes. It is an actual fourth Poodle size in Europe and is not a new size.
Klein means small or mini in German. Both Moyen and Klein are common names for this in-between Poodle size. They’re just a bit smaller than the original-sized Standard Poodle.
Ky is happy and easygoing. He has a very willing personality. He is light on his feet and aloof. He stands 16” at the shoulder. Ky has had his Preliminary OFA Hip and Elbow testing.
Forrest is loyal and outgoing. He will go to anyone, which is a big plus for a Mini Aussie. He is small and stout with two blue eyes, tons of copper and great movement. This beautiful boy is only 14 1/2″ tall. He is a carrier of the blue eyed tri gene and also carries red. He is a Blue Merle Australian Shepherd.
We chose The Miniature Australia Shepherd because they are an intelligent working breed. The Aussies are easy to train. They are enthusiastic and persistent toward work and are protective, devoted, and loyal to their family.
The Miniature Australian Shepherd is neither shy nor aggressive. They are great companions.
Forrest has had his preliminary OFA testing done. He is clear on genetic health testing.
